Trial attorney with over twenty years of experience representing both criminal defendants as well as civil clients in all facets of litigation, mediation, and arbitration.  State Trial Counsel for Sears, Roebuck and Co., and Kmart Corporation for over fifteen years.  Lead Trial Counsel for several Massachusetts Corporations involving Insurance Defense Claims of Construction Litigation, Premise Liability, Product Liability, and Unlawful Detention lawsuits in Massachusetts. Representing Massachusetts Corporations at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD)  in employment discrimination litigation claims.
