Kristen L. Morgan is of counsel with the firm. She brings with her over twenty years of civil litigation experience. Kristen’s practice is concentrated in the defense of insurers and their corporate and individual insureds, as well as insurance coverage matters.
Kristen has worked in the insurance coverage and defense field for a number of years, defending insurers and their insureds in a wide variety of claims and suits, including general tort, motor vehicle and premises liability claims, contract disputes, property disputes, discrimination claims, bad faith claims under Chapters 93A and 176D, mold and other environmental and toxic tort claims, including claims under Chapter 21E. Kristen has also pursued subrogation claims for insurers.
Kristen attended the New England School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1996. While attending, she served as an Executive Case and Note Editor for the New England Law Review, worked an internship with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, and won awards for academic excellence including the New England Scholar award, and the American Jurisprudence Book Award for the Study of Property Law. Kristen received her B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts in 1992. While attending, she tutored students in writing, and participated in various debating competitions where she won awards for excellence in debate.
Kristen is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
